Land registration in Bangalore (Except BDA, BMRDA.. ) has been stopped in Bangalore.
When it is expected to resume?

What are the expected changes ?

There were clarifications from Revenue department regarding this..

Registration of land converted for non-agriculture purposes under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act 1964 and approved by the appropriate planning authority can still be registered.

Conversion is also necessary in respect of plots which may have been revenue land earlier and which are now incorporated under the city corporation limits. A site or site with building situated within village gramathana limits as per the village map of Department of Survey and Settlement is exempt for conversion.

A grama thana site will have to be certified by the village accountant enclosing rough sketch of the grama thana indicating location of the site in the village map with boundaries.

It is expected that registrations will be back into action by month end.
