Hi

I'm setting up a new site on a non competitive keyword I think there are only about 325,000 results found on google.co.uk.

What is the fastest way I could try and get into the top 10 results for my non competitive keyword?

Any feedback much appreciated

Non competitve keyword?

Just get some good links with that keyword in anchor.. You need not try that hard in this case.. it should rank.
