Hi,

I recently bought Hero honda Super Splendour without disk brake and self start and I stay in bangalore. I thought I will get a good mileage. Now I am satisfied with the bike with respect to the engine pickup, but I am getting a mileage ranging from 50 - 55. The traffic in Bangalore is one of the reasons for that.

I would like to know from other users, their experience with mileage of hero honda super splendour.

even I got mixed response for this bike. May be its because of different riding habits. Hero honda super splendour with quantum core engine is supposed to give a better mileage than splendour + . I know people who are getting 70 kmpl and ones getting 50 kmpl.. !!

So its really worth of having a poll here..

Few months back i bought Super Splendour. I assumed that this will give more mileage than Splendour Plus. But for me it is giving around 50 sometimes i am getting 55. Did anyone know the reason. When i checked with the service station they are saying that it will give only 50 to 55. Is it true. But i know few ppl are getting even 70.

Before my first service my Super splendor gave a mileage of 55. Once I gotr even 58. After the first service, they tuned it for power and my mileage dropped to 45. Last week I gave for 2nd service and told them this problem. Now they have tuned to a medium one where I will get some pickup as well as mileage.
During the period between my first and second service, the bike was almost like a CBZ, extreme pickup. Now it has calmed down, and seeing the fuel level I think I'll get around 60 now. yet to really confirm, but I will surely post it.
