It would be a good idea to make a thread on this forum to track layoffs in India. As layoff is the very common word heard in today's corporate world, its good to share whats happening in Indian companies. Lets post updates about layoff notices issued at Indian companies.
Few companies have sent layoff letters to employees, but provided sufficient layoff benefits. In a longer run, while applying for jobs, we can take these companies as employee friendly.. Lets start the layoff tracker !! |

Whats the current layoff news? Which is the company which announced layoff recently and how much is the headcount reduction?

Latest layoff in news is TCS. They asked thier UK marketing employees to leave. The unconfirmed number is around 100.TCS, Wipro and Infosys are calling back 10-15% of their employees from onsite to India.
