Hi,
I have 3.5 years of experience in VLSI digital design in a reputed MNC. Now, I'm thinking of shifting to software domain preferably embedded software development. But, I'm not sure if any company would be interested in hiring me for software since I'm quite experienced in VLSI. I have done my B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur. Please advise me on how to make this happen.
