hello there
I have a small program in perl language needs to fix.
this program read a file that has many paragraphs and will compare beteween the paragraphs has "< change from >" tag and the one has "< chage to >" tag by using diff function - to know more about diff go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diff
and there are a few things I will tell you about them in case anyone interested. I worte the programe just go over the program and find out where is the bugs. So, I will pay $20 to who will fix it, because I don't have time to finish it or to think about it.
